Steering system
The Titan Boat / Caisson Lift has equipped steering pumps via high-quality proportional valves acting hydraulically to the steering motors of all axles independent. Each axle steering angle is up to ±165°. This allows very high flexibility and maneuverability. Thus making the equipment is most flexible in use. A positioning sensor is mounted at each swivel bogie for precision feedback for the microprocessor controlled all directional electronic steering system, reaching an accuracy of ±1°

Hydrostatic drive system
The drive system of the Titan Boat / Caisson Lift consists of a diesel engine with relevant hydro pumps for drive system via an appropriate coupling. Adjustable axial piston pumps acting on adjustable axial piston motors mounted to the driven pendulum axles. Hydrostatic double drive axles connected via high-quality maximum pressure hoses and maximum pressure pipes to the hydraulic pumps. The system is secured by two (2) maximum pressure valves for the working circuits and one safety valve for the control circuit. Over speed valves for anti-sliding function and over the speed of a single drive motor to be installed in front of each drive axle. The pumps receive the oil from a hydraulic oil tank via filtration system into a closed circuit with the drive motors. The pumps are speed regulated, while the drive motors are power regulated. The speed regulation of the pumps is affected by the drive selector switch and the accelerator to regulate the engine speed.

Ra In Ho was established in 1992 as a private firm and became a Stock Corporation in July 1999. Our manufacturing techniques and advanced technologies mainly utilize German know-how and are constantly expanded through our own development and R/D efforts. Our organization consists of highly skilled and experienced technicians that produce the highest quality heavy transportation systems in the field today.
Among our many achievements, we are especially proud of the development of the first CAN STEERING SYSTEM for transporters in 1997, the delivery in 2001 of our first 320 ton transporter to China, the development of a New Module Transporter System in 2004, the creation of a hydraulic driven Transfer Systems in the same year Since then, we continue to grow and have delivered equipment and systems to Brazil, India, Japan, South Korea, The Russian Federation, Sri Lanka (Shiplift System), Turkmenistan and Vietnam.
Increased orders in 2005 led to our expansion into a second plant at the Gwangyang Bay Free Economic Zone in Suncheon, Korea. Following our strategic growth plans, in the last decade, we have integrated as part of the Ra In Ho Group offices in Germany, Brazil, and The Russian Federation. We achieved a world record 43,200-ton ship Transfer System in 2009 that marked a new chapter for inland shipbuilding. This system has been upgraded to a total capacity of 52,800 ton, making it the largest of its kind in the world at the time. The delivery of our 54,000 ton Transfer System in 2017 to the Russian Federation once again broke our previous records.
In recognition of our technical superiority, we were awarded prizes by the Minister of Knowledge and Economy in 2008 and again in 2012. In 2012 we also embarked on the development of an innovative environmentally-friendly system for standard transporters, and most recently the development of a unique ground-breaking caisson transfer system; the first of its kind in the world!
It is our goal to continue to grow by producing the newest technologically advanced heavy transportation equipment that is reliable, innovative, safe, easy to operate, Eco-friendly and solves all the real needs of our customers in a timely manner.
