Steering system
The Titan Boat / Caisson Lift has equipped steering pumps via high-quality proportional valves acting hydraulically to the steering motors of all axles independent. Each axle steering angle is up to ±165°. This allows very high flexibility and maneuverability. Thus making the equipment is most flexible in use. A positioning sensor is mounted at each swivel bogie for precision feedback for the microprocessor controlled all directional electronic steering system, reaching an accuracy of ±1°

Hydrostatic drive system
The drive system of the Titan Boat / Caisson Lift consists of a diesel engine with relevant hydro pumps for drive system via an appropriate coupling. Adjustable axial piston pumps acting on adjustable axial piston motors mounted to the driven pendulum axles. Hydrostatic double drive axles connected via high-quality maximum pressure hoses and maximum pressure pipes to the hydraulic pumps. The system is secured by two (2) maximum pressure valves for the working circuits and one safety valve for the control circuit. Over speed valves for anti-sliding function and over the speed of a single drive motor to be installed in front of each drive axle. The pumps receive the oil from a hydraulic oil tank via filtration system into a closed circuit with the drive motors. The pumps are speed regulated, while the drive motors are power regulated. The speed regulation of the pumps is affected by the drive selector switch and the accelerator to regulate the engine speed.

The SHIPLIFT SYSTEM is the best option for lifting or lowering any kind of vessels, of any dimensions and weight, safely and quickly out or into the water. Our modern shiplift consists of a horizontal rigid and/or articulated platform positioned parallel to the quay, lifted and lowered by an even number of electro-hydraulic winches that are positioned symmetrically at both longitudinal sides of the platform. The winches can be hydraulically or electrically driven and are connected to the platform by wire ropes. The SHIPLIFT SYSTEM is made to work seamlessly with our transfer system to optimize their combined performance.

The TBL (Titan Boat Lift) and the TCL (Titan Caisson Lift) is flexible and safe equipment used for the transport of vessels or caissons weighing from 25 to over 2,000 tons. Our modern technology and concise engineering ensure that the handling of any load is done safely and efficiently. This equipment is the best choice for lifting and lowering boats in and out of the water. With its wide range of motion, vessels can be transported accurately to the desired location with ease. Titan robust boat transporters exceed all standards for safety, reliability and low operational costs and are excellent for use in any marina or shipyard. We also have developed a Titan Caisson and tower lift for diverse construction projects. This equipment has also a newly developed system that ensures its safe alignment while using our patented hydraulic-driven rail transporter system within the jetty or slipway avoiding the most common accidents suffered by other similar devices.

The MRT (Mono Rail Transporter) is an innovative and very compact heavy transporter used to move construction or manufactured materials, such as caissons or ships of any size and weight, safely and fast (15 times faster than any other systems currently in use around the world). Our unique MRT is designed to be compact and durable equipment that works in synchronicity with other equipment of his kind, movable in all directions (forward and backward, with optional 90 degrees turning mode). The MRT system can be deployed on several production lines simultaneously making it cost-effective and very efficient.

Lifting capacity from 10 ton to over 1,500 tons
The SSC (Ship Section Carrier) is a functional individually operated lifting equipment driven by one engine (for capacities of max. 600 ton) or two engines (for capacities of 500 ton upwards) that uses hydraulic power for propulsion and lifting. These versatile transporters are equipped with one or two cabins, located beneath the mainframe at the front and rear of the equipment. When the equipment is coupled together in a system configuration with more transporters such as other SSCs or NMTs (the New Module Transporter has equivalent size and uses the same technique as the SSC but with increased capacities and versatility at a lower cost), the transportation of oversized blocks or complete ships can be easily and safely achieved. For the past 25 years, our SSC has safely transported thousands of blocks and ships all over the world.

The PC (Pallet Carrier) is an adaptable custom-designed high lifting capacity vehicle, with a single or double cabin, capable of handling a variety of loads. Our pallet carrier is suitable for a broad range of material handling applications including horizontal transport, order picking, loading/unloading and stacking for a variety of industries such as steel, construction, logistics, etc. The PC is controlled by a sophisticated electronic system that accurately regulates its mechanical, electric, and hydraulic components to ensure accurate driving, lifting, and positioning.
The CC (Coil Carrier) with a single or double cabin are manufactured as the perfect solution for the steel mills to safely, accurately and timely handle a high volume of coils. Our tailored solutions take into consideration the size and weight of the coils and each unit is manufactured according to the particularities of our international customer sites. These units use hydraulic propulsion for lifting and driving with a greater range and improved maneuverability for confined spaces.

The SPMT (Self Propelled Module Transporter) is a hydraulically driven engineless (powered by a separate power pack) heavy transportation equipment, that is often operated in combination with several units that range in capacity from 50 to over 10,000- ton payloads. This equipment could be used to transport half-completed ships, offshore structures or other manufactured materials used in large construction projects. SPMT combinations are powered by one or more attached power packs and the system can be operated by a single remote control. We offer the only module transporter system in the market which can be used in connection with SSC (Ship Section Carrier). Each unit has a minimized height and slim design making it very flexible and safe when coupled with other transporters.

The NMT (New Module Transporter, a patented system since 2006) is a very strong and easy to maintain hydraulically driven engineless (powered by a separate power pack or with integrated power pack) heavy transportation equipment, that is often operated in combination with several units that range in capacity from 100 to over 20,000 ton payloads. This equipment could be used to transport half-completed ships, offshore structures or other manufactured materials used in large construction projects. NMT combinations can be operated by a single remote control. We offer the only module transporter system in the market which can be used in connection with SSC (Ship Section Carrier). Each unit has the same height and stroke as standard ship section carriers (SSC) and a slim design for easy on-road transportation making it very flexible and safe when coupled with other transporters. Even though, equipped with pendulum axles, the pendulum can be locked (patented since 2006), while driving in one line only
